It is that diversity that makes Bear's Life special. The publishers hope that their magazine is not only read by their fellow bears, but by all those admirers, whether gay, straight, or bi-sexual, who look to Bears as an important part of the community at large. It contains a great mix of articles and interviews as well as some nice pics to whet your appetite. It also has a great sense of humour which is very refreshing! 

Polar Bear: Hairy, Grey/silver coloured ( Large older  man)

Bear: Hairy, no grey (Large mid age man)

Bear Cub: Hairy, younger guy (Larger guy)

Otter: Hairy, younger guy ( same as Bear Cub without the weight-muscly)

Minx: Hairy, young adult, sometimes camp/effeminant
