Delivery Guy:
We have a strict NO ENTRY policy. Although our guy is a bit of a stud and you may be tempted to proposition him, due to safety issues we cannot allow him to enter any premises (secure entry entrance apartment buildings are ok). He will come right to the door. Don’t worry he understand discretion.
However if you would like the delivery to left outside your door he can do that too. He will knock and walk away.
Note: We "knock and walk" at the instruction of the purchaser. We do not leave parcels unattended at any other time. We guarantee delivery of a "knock and walk" delivery and will always presume the purchaser will gather the package immediately after our departure.
Delivery Address:
Please be clear on your address. This will help us minimize the time in finding the door. Although he has GPS, if there are specific instructions to find the door you can SMS them with your street name and suburb name to us. We will match info with your delivery.

We do not use the INYA HOME delivery SMS unless it is the days of our services -Thursday Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
We do not answer SMS that are not from legitimate customers. The mobile phone number must match an online purchase contact number for the customer.
We answer phone calls with the INYA HOMEservice.
Packaging:
We deliver all of our products in a non-descript brown paper bag with string handles.
We do not have logos, we do not have a branded car with "adult products" written across both sides. We do not have a uniform.
In our delivery bags we do present all of our customers with a metal key tag with our web address.
